I currently work as a case manager for DCF children.  I also practice various Holistic Health modalities in CT.  I am consciously working to bring holistic awareness to the community in the areas of holistic health, consciousness, alternative living, and animal rights/vegetarianism.  I am also encouraging others to go beyond the call by supporting international initiatives which focus on economical and educational potentials and growth.

I came into recognizing my spirituality through a variety of teachers and awakenings.  Deeper awareness was able to occur through a shift in spirit and mind.  I've always been intuitive, but in 2003, I had Divine Revelation, which granted me a greater appreciation for all of creation.  I continue to awaken to revelation while Divine guidance has allowed me to better understand the universe/GOD.  Yoga, meditation, and A Course in Miracles continue to support these energetic shifts.

I currently practice Reiki, Chinese Herbology, and Reflexology.  I also study areas of consciousness.  I am affiliated with various organizations that support overall well-being in CT and worldwide.  If you are interested in these organizations, I warmly welcome your emails!
